How to Apply

Use Translucent Loose Setting Powder to set makeup. Saturate the Laura Mercier Velour Powder Puff with powder then remove any excess by tapping the puff on the top of your hand. Gently press the puff on your face, using a rolling motion to work the powder into the skin.
