At Blush & Beauty, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order to ensure your products arrive safely and in perfect condition. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how our shipping process works.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. During busy periods, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.


Shipping Locations

We are a UK-based brand and primarily ship within the United Kingdom. Select international shipping options may be available depending on destination and availability at checkout.

Shipping availability and options will always be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.


Tracking Your Order

All shipped orders include tracking. Once your package has left our facility, you’ll receive tracking information so you can monitor its progress from dispatch to delivery.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Packaging & Product Care

Your products are carefully packed to protect them during transit. We use secure, protective packaging to ensure cosmetics arrive in excellent condition, minimising the risk of damage or leakage.

For temperature-sensitive or fragile items, extra care is taken during packing.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on factors such as order size, destination, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.


Delays & External Factors

While we do our best to ensure smooth and timely delivery, shipping may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for transit lies with the courier service.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Blush & Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for resending.


Missing, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with delivery, please contact us promptly with your order number and any relevant details or photos. We will assess the situation and work toward a suitable resolution in line with our policies.
