Can you tell me more about your shipping process?


We process orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we always aim to get your items to you as quickly and safely as possible. All products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.

Will I pay customs?

In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.

You will not pay customs fees in the United Kingdom.
